The EP-FD19 is a complete EFI TFI distributor for the Ford 5.8L 351 Windsor (351W) V8 in 1988-1991 Bronco, F-series truck, and E-series Econoline applications. The 351W was Ford's most popular high-performance truck engine through this era -- the premium V8 option above the 5.0L 302 in the Bronco and F-series lineup, delivering more displacement, more torque, and more towing capacity.

Critical specification: all Ford 5.8L 351W engines through 1993 use hydraulic flat-tappet camshafts, requiring an iron distributor gear. The 5.8L 351W block did not become roller-ready until 1994. The EP-FD19 uses an iron distributor gear, correct for all 1988-1991 351W applications. Using a steel gear on these flat-tappet engines will rapidly damage the camshaft distributor drive gear.
