Overview of PG PGA series Planetary Gearbox

The PG planetary gear unit is divided into 21 primary groups according to the different torques to be transmitted to the output shaft, and the torque range is from 0.05 to 1.280 km. The modular structure of the product allows the connection of bevel gears, worm gears, hydraulic brakes, and various input shafts to planetary units. It provides a variety of connection flange options for hydraulic or electric motors. Another advantage of the modular structure technology of planetary gear units is that a series of stages with different sizes can be installed to obtain a wide range of reduction ratios. The product series provides a reduction ratio from 3:1 to 7:1 on single-stage units and up to 10.000:1 or higher on five-stage units.

We have the most advanced testing equipment, such as a spectrum analyzer for chemical composition testing of rubber materials, tensile strength testing machine, impact value tester and hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, sand blasting machine, and heat treatment equipment. In addition, the precision machining workshop has much-advanced equipment: 23 CNC lathes, ten vertical CNC boring and milling centers imported from Korea and one horizontal boring and milling center, two ordinary milling machines, two ordinary lathes, one grinder, ten drilling machines, and taps, two semi-automatic saws, one coordinate measuring machine, one projector, one processing surface quality testing machine, and one mahr altimeter. The tolerance of our products can be controlled below 0.01mm. The accuracy of the testing machine is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been implemented. Raw materials include waxless castings and forgings of steel, alloy steel, and ductile iron. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength, and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products apply to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes, and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals, and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for Pac brake. Some of our major customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, gloss, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
