The QGN series steel pipe inner wall special shot blasting machine is designed for cleaning and surface treatment of steel pipes and related products. It effectively removes oxide scale, welding slag, and other debris from the surface, resulting in a metallic luster and increased area for spray and coating applications. This machine finds wide applications in industries such as petrochemical, steel, city central heating, water supply and drainage, and more.

Product Features:
- For steel pipes with a diameter larger than 400mm, shot blasting is used with a steel pipe inner wall special blasting wheel equipped with a hydraulic motor. This allows for adaptive positioning of the blasting wheel support and adjustable blasting positions.
- For steel pipes with a diameter less than 400mm, shot peening is employed.
- Utilizes a workpiece rotation and lateral movement supporting parallel mechanism.
- Three-level dust removal system with high filtration, reversal blowing online, and excellent cleaning effect.
- Equipped with a full curtain separator for complete separation of shots, slags, and dust.
