Spline Shaft

Ever-Power Standard Spline Shafting has been designed to maximize torsional strength and contact area. Ever-Power cold rolled spline shafts are made with an even number of teeth and are parallel over two or more teeth. When your project requires mating parts, look no further.

For your convenience we have off the shelf mating broached sleeves and flanged bushings to match our Ever-Power Spline shafts. We also offer custom broaching of your parts to match with our Ever-Power Standard Splines.

A spline shaft and bushing offers a number of benefits in connecting a shaft to a drive over the use of a keyway or grub screw. As the torque is evenly distributed across all teeth faces a higher torque and longer service life can be achieved. Additionally the drive shaft can be quickly assembled or disengaged by sliding the hub or bushing off the spline.

Shafts:

Cold drawn unhardened C45 steel.

Standard lengths:  1000mm / 2000mm / 3000mm

6 or 8 keys.

Bushings:

Steel (standard), bronze or stainless steel.

Also available flanged and as a clamp style on request.
