Product Description:
The scrap aluminum smelting aluminum recycling machine is equipped with a hot aluminum slag separator. This machine is designed to separate and recover aluminum ash, zinc ash, copper ash, and other metals. It is available in various models with different diameters, ranging from 1.3 meters to 0.5 meters, depending on the hourly capacity. The machine is equipped with a heat-resistant cast iron pot at the lower part of the frame to discharge aluminum slag. The upper spiral bevel gear reducer drives the stirring paddle to rotate left and right, while the screw lifter drives the stirring paddle up and down. The stirring paddle is made of strong and wear-resistant QT 400 material, and its lifting limit is controlled by a stroke switch. The machine also has multiple ash outlet options, including left, right, and back sides. The ash inlet is equipped with two types of ash-feeding hoppers, one for forklift use with a tipping hopper, and the other for a trolley use with a chain to lift the ash.

Work Flow Chart of Aluminum Ash Recycling Production Line:
1. Pick up the hot aluminum ash from the melting furnace and place it into the aluminum ash hopper.
2. Use a forklift to load the ash into the fry ash pan.
3. Stir the hot aluminum ash using the stirring paddle.
4. Separate the molten aluminum from the aluminum ash, allowing the molten aluminum to flow into the aluminum hopper.
5. After the aluminum water flows, the remaining aluminum ash enters the ash cooler, where it is cooled using water spray to below 80 degrees.
6. The cooled aluminum ash is then sent to the ball mill sieving machine for ball milling and crushing.
7. The crushed aluminum ash is passed through a three-stage sieve to separate fine-particle, medium-particle, and coarse-particle aluminum ash.
8. The fine-particle aluminum ash is treated harmlessly, while the medium-particle aluminum ash is used for cooling during frying.
9. The coarse-particle aluminum ash is directly returned to the furnace for remelting.
10. The aluminum ash recovery production line ensures a recovery rate of over 90% for aluminum.
