The JZQ ZQ ZD gearbox is a cylindrical gear reducer with a two-stage cylindrical gear transmission. Installation and Maintenance:

1. The gear is lubricated by the closed transmission oil pool. The height of the oil surface is indicated by the circular oil mark on the frame.
2. The lubricating oil usually used is hj40-50 mechanical oil. Hl20-30 gear oil can also be used.
3. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oil at the beginning of work. If the oil is dirty, especially if there is mixing of metal foam, the oil should be changed immediately. Regular checks of the oil quality must be done (not less than once every six months).
4. The state of the meshing working face should be checked regularly, especially in the early stage of work when there is abrasion on the tooth surface. If the area of abrasion is not more than 20% of the tooth working face (along the tooth length and tooth height), slight dressing with an oil stone or scraper is allowed.
5. If you need to open the cover for maintenance, pay attention to whether the cover is covered with sealant. If there is sealant, the screw hole on the cover can be opened with screws. Do not hammer the sealing surface. After maintenance, check that the sealing surface and the through cover have no collision and no sealant residue. Clean thoroughly, or it will cause oil leakage.
