This product is a large forging, casting, and welding gear that can be customized according to customer’s drawings. It is a cylindrical gear with a helical profile and is mainly made of steel. The product can be used in manufacturing plants, energy and mining industries, as well as in food and beverage shops. It has a weight of 1180 kg and is a non-standard product.

The gear shaft is mainly used as the transmission gear parts in the industry of dragline excavator, mill, cement rotary kiln, dryer, etc. To ensure high-quality products, the process includes ultrasonic testing, cold drawing, heat treatment, machining, and gear hobbing. The gear wheel has a diameter of up to 13,000 mm and the spiral gear has a diameter of up to 2,200 mm. It is a nonstandard product and the module of tooth can be customized according to the client's drawings.

The product is made of carbon steel or alloy steel, and its standard includes ASTM DIN, EN GOST JIS, and others. The heat treatment includes quenching and tempering to ensure total hardness. Surface hardening, cementing, and quenching can also be done to improve the surface hardness according to customer's drawing.

To install the product, the length of gear shaft should not exceed 5,000 mm. The segments gear offered depend on the customer's requirements. The gear teeth treatment includes surface hardening, cemented, and quenching.

To maintain and repair the gear, nondestructive testing (UT) can be done to check for internal defects. The surface can be polished to remove any rust. If the gear needs to be replaced, it is recommended to purchase replacement parts that can be perfectly adapted to the original spare parts.
