The FCD350-22, FCD400-15, and FCD450-10 FCDDuctile Iron Bar / Grey Cast Iron Bar are versatile and durable products used in various industries. These cast iron bars have a length of 5.7m or 6m and conform to ISO2531/EN545/EN598 standards. They are primarily used in pipeline applications and have a round shape.

With a hardness of ≤230HB, these cast iron bars have a pipe wall thickness ranging from K9 to C25. They have a pull strength of ≥420MPa and a yield strength of ≥300Mpa. Made from high-quality ductile iron, these bars undergo casting and can be further processed through welding, bending, and punching.

The EN545 / ISO2531 / EN598 Ductile Cast Iron Pipe is one of the products made from these cast iron bars. It is widely used in pipelines and features a T-type joint. The pipe is coated externally with zinc and bitumen paint, while the internal coating consists of a mortar cement lining. With certifications such as ISO2531:1998, this pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand various environments.
