SIMPLE INTRODUCTION OF THE PUMP BODY WORK
The direct current motor(10)continuously rotates the eccentric convex wheel (5) and the pressure ring (6). This kind of eccentric wheel influence the suction and pressure stroke of the piston (7), The check valve(8) in the pump core prevents the delivery medium from being sucked out of the line.Churn-dasher(2) Through the filter (4) push the lubricating agent out of the oil storage drum(1) The filter screen reduces the air bubble in
the aluminum base(3). The volume of lubricating agent remaining in the oil storage drum(1) can be detected by direct inspection through the scraper mounted on the stirring (2). Safety valve(9) is preset to 300 bar.

EP-EALP-G Grease Low Level Alarm
In addition to the standard configuration, a low liquid level alarm device can be added based on specific requirements. To facilitate the alarm function, a capacitive proximity switch is installed inside the oil barrel. When the oil level is adequate, the pump operates normally. However, when the oil level falls into the low range, the pump ceases operation, and the display indicates "ERO." At this point, the pump must be filled with oil (the minimum fill level should not be less than the top of the sensor), after which the forced start button can be pressed. This allows the pump to resume operation at the last recorded time.
The proximity switch can also be connected to an external control unit or PLC. Once connected, the pump will stop working when the low liquid level is detected, prompting timely oil replenishment. If the lubrication pump does not feature a low-level alarm device, it is important to ensure that sufficient grease is added beforehand to prevent false alarms when the power is turned on.
