During the heat treatment process, pressure is used to control deformation or eliminate internal stresses, ensuring dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. The chain surface undergoes high-pressure processing to increase material durability. The thickness of the chain plates is uniform, and the shiny band formed by two punches ensures tight contact between the small pipe and the pin, resulting in high mating accuracy. All holes are located in the center of the chain plate, without any skewness. The chain plate has high flatness, ensuring trouble-free operation.
