Basic Construction of High Precision Planetary Gearbox

High Precision Planetary Gearbox consists of several components which include Sun Gear, Planet Gears, Planet Carrier, Ring Gear/Annulus, Bearings and Shaft System, Housing, Shafts and Keys, and Seals. The Sun Gear is located at the center of the planetary gearbox and is typically connected to the input shaft or fixed to the housing as a stationary component. The Planet Gears rotate around the Sun Gear and are supported by the Planet Carrier, which allows them to maintain their relative positions. The Ring Gear/Annulus, fixed internally in the housing, has teeth on both the inner and outer surfaces which engage with the Planet Gears. The Bearings and Shaft System support the input shaft, output shaft, and Planet Carrier to ensure stable rotation and smooth operation of all the components. The Housing provides a robust structure that encloses all the internal components to support the gears, protect them from contaminants, and may also contain cooling or lubrication systems.
