Product Description:

The hot aluminum slag separator is available in various models with diameters of 1.3 meters, 1.1 meters, 0.9 meters, 0.7 meters, and 0.5 meters, depending on the hourly capacity. Each model has a different body size but shares the same structure and method of operation.

Installation of a heat-resistant cast iron pot at the lower part of the frame allows for the discharge of aluminum slag gate. The upper spiral bevel gear reducer drives the stirring paddle to rotate left and right, and the screw lifter controls the up and down motion of the stirring paddle. The stirring paddle is made of strong and wear-resistant QT 400 material, with the lifting limit controlled by the stroke switch.

The ash outlet can be customized to be located on the left, right, or back sides according to customer requirements. There are two types of ash-feeding hoppers at the ash inlet: A) A forklift is used with the tipping hopper to send ash, and B) A trolley is used with a chain to lift the ash.

Production Workshop Packaging and Delivery:

Mechanical products are packaged in sections, with the main structure exposed. Screws and accessories are packaged in cartons or other packaging. Due to the heavy nature of the machine, it is generally transported using forklifts and packaged without any cover.

Work Flow Chart of Aluminum Ash Recycling Production Line:

1. Pick up the hot aluminum ash from the melting furnace and put it into the aluminum ash hopper.
2. Use a forklift to load the ash into the fry ash pan.
3. Stir the hot aluminum ash in the fry ash pan.
4. Separate the molten aluminum from the aluminum ash using a stirring paddle.
5. The molten aluminum flows into the aluminum hopper, and the remaining aluminum ash enters the ash cooler for water spray cooling.
6. Cooled aluminum ash enters the ball mill sieving machine for ball milling and crushing.
7. Crushed aluminum ash goes through a three-stage sieve to separate fine-particle, medium-particle, and coarse-particle aluminum ash.
8. Fine-particle aluminum ash is harmlessly treated, medium-particle aluminum ash is used for cooling during frying, and coarse-particle aluminum ash is directly returned to the furnace for remelting.
9. The aluminum ash recovery production line achieves over 90% aluminum recovery.
