1. Static load capacity maximum 20 ton, dynamic load capacity maximum 8.4 ton.
2. Lift screw diameter 64 mm, pitch 10 mm.
3. Three worm gear ratios 1/10,1/20,1/40.
4. Translating screw, rotating screw, keyed screw configurations in upright or inverted mounting orientation.
5. Accurate positioning, self-locking acme screw which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Manually operated screw jack by hand wheel or hand crank, electrically screw jack by electric motor or gearmotor driven, or both.
7. 3-phase or single phase motor driven with 1500 rpm input, standard lifting speed 1500 mm/min, 750 mm/min and 375 mm/min.
8. No standard lift screw stroke, all lift screw travel length is processed according customers requirements. Under max. compression load, without guides, maximum 600 mm stroke, with guides maximum 1200 mm stroke. Under a tension load, maximum 3000 mm stroke.
9. Lift screw end fittings include top plate, clevis end, plain end and threaded end, standard or your design dimensions are available.
10. Individually or multiple screw jack lift system arrangements are available.
