Greenhouse Motor Reducer Installation, commissioning and maintenance

1. The greenhouse motor machine arrives at the site to unpack, and check the packing list according to the order requirements.
2. After unpacking the machine, check whether there is any damage to the machine during transportation. If there is severe moisture or water in the transportation process, it must be treated accordingly before it can be powered on.
3. The greenhouse motor machine should be installed and debugged by professionals to avoid damage to parts.
4. Limit control can refer to wiring diagram and limit adjustment instructions for operation.
5. After the limit is adjusted, the phase cannot be changed, otherwise it will cause the limit to malfunction, and damage the equipment. If the phase change may occur, be sure to check the limit direction in the machine and confirm that it is correct before turning on.
6. The greenhouse reducer has been filled with No. 18 hyperbolic gear oil when it leaves the factory. The user should check and replenish the lubricant every 12 months.
7. The machine can be fixedly installed with foot or side thread.
8. When the equipment is overhauled, please check whether the limit switches ZSQ2 and FSQ2 work normally. If there is any problem, replace them in time to avoid long-term work with ZSQ1 and FSQ1.
9. The exterior of the machine should be kept clean, and it should not be washed with water and kept ventilated.
