SV063 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump for Hand Held Vacuum Pump

The SV063 rotary vane vacuum pump is a low-pressure, single-stage pump that is widely used for vacuum packaging applications. It operates on electric power and uses vacuum oil as fuel. With a flow rate ranging from 8 to 630 m3/h, it provides high deflating speed and a high utmost vacuum of less than 0.5mbar. The pump is made of cast iron/stainless steel and comes with a silver/grey color. It is standard in terms of its structure, theory, and nonstandard. The pump has a warranty of 3 years and is certified with CE and ISO 9001.

Principle of Vacuum:
Inside the round pump body with sucking and exhausting valves, there is an installed centrifugal rotor trough with three vanes driven by centrifugal power. The vanes separate the pump inner space into three parts, and the respective volume changes periodically while the rotor turns. This process allows for the elimination of air at the inlet and the achievement of a state of vacuum.
