The Shakeout Machine for Sand Reclamation System is a newly designed piece of foundry machinery used for shakeout of poured castings. It is specifically used for castings that have just been discharged from the furnace, as the temperature of the resin sand is very high at this point. The machine utilizes vibration to shake off the resin sand adhered to the casting. This process is known as shakeout and is essential for separating the molding sand from the casting.

The Shakeout Machine for Sand Reclamation System operates by generating a certain frequency of vibration that effectively removes the resin sand. To prevent dust pollution, the machine is surrounded by steel plates and connected to a dust collector air duct for efficient dust collection and to ensure a clean working environment.

The fallen sand, which is still at a high temperature, automatically enters the elevator through the outlet of the sand dropping machine. From there, it is transported to the sand storage for crushing. Alternatively, the sand can be manually added into the magnetic separation belt conveyor for crushing after cooling.
