1. Q: What is the warranty of your products?

A: All parts have a One-Year Warranty as long as it is within the warranty period and proof of purchase is available. Improper use or installation is not a manufacturer's defect.

2. Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it is 3-7 business days if the goods are in stock or it is 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock. It is according to customer's quantity and request.

3. Q: What payment method can I use? And what's your terms of payment?

A: We can accept Company Bank transfer and Western Union. For samples, it's 100% T/T in advance. For orders, it's 30% T/T in advance, and 70% balance before shipment.

4. Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we can provide the sample, but the customer should pay for the cost. We could use FEDEX/ DHL/ TNT shipping, and it may take 5-7 business days.
