Mechanical products are packaged in sections, with the main structure exposed. Screws and accessories are packaged in cartons or other packaging. Due to the large volume and weight of the machine, it is generally transported using forklifts. The packaging is bare.

Work Flow Chart of Aluminum Ash Recycling Production Line:
1. Pick up the hot aluminum ash from the melting furnace and place it into the aluminum ash hopper.
2. Use a forklift to load the ash into the fry ash pan.
3. Stir the ash using a stirring paddle.
4. Separate the molten aluminum and the aluminum ash. The molten aluminum flows into the aluminum hopper.
5. The remaining aluminum ash enters the ash cooler and is cooled to below 80 degrees using water spray.
6. The cooled aluminum ash enters the ball mill sieving machine for ball milling and crushing.
7. The crushed aluminum ash goes through a three-stage sieve to separate fine-particle, medium-particle, and coarse-particle aluminum ash.
8. The fine-particle aluminum ash is harmlessly treated, while the medium-particle aluminum ash is used for cooling during frying.
9. The coarse-particle aluminum ash is returned to the furnace for remelting.
10. The aluminum ash recovery production line ensures that over 85% of aluminum is recovered.
