The cast iron slag pot is an industrial product made of ductile iron and grey iron. It is manufactured through a casing and machining process. The product is designed as an OEM casting part and is available in various sizes based on customer's 3D drawing (oversized). The cast iron slag pot is widely used in industrial applications and is certified by ISO9001/ISO14001 standards. The design process involves the use of MAGMA simulation software.

The main equipment used in manufacturing the cast iron slag pot includes medium frequency induction furnaces (15Ton and 25Ton), low-pressure casting machines (3Ton and 0.5Ton), continuous sand mixers (20Ton/hr), cranes (O/H Crane - 80Ton, O/H Crane - 10-50Ton, and Crane - 10Ton), and post-treatment equipment such as shot blasting, coating & drying machine, and heat treatment (20T).

In the machining process, CNC vertical lathes, CNC boring-milling machines, CNC boring machines, CNC gantry machining centers, and 3x8 gantry milling machines are used. Testing equipment includes a spectrum analysis tester, Brinell hardness tester, metallographic microscope, intelligent sand strength machine, universal impact test machine, sulfur analysis tester, tensile tester, UT flaw detector, and MT flaw detector.

The cast iron slag pot can be manufactured using two different molding patterns - wood pattern and lost foam pattern. The wood pattern provides better casting surface quality but is relatively higher in cost and requires maintenance. The lost foam pattern process has lower equipment requirements and higher production efficiency, but the casting surface quality may not be as good as the wood pattern.
