What is SLA?
SLA (Stereolithography Apparatus) is a 3D printing technology that uses photochemical processes to create models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts layer by layer. It produces extremely accurate and high-resolution parts suitable for end-use, low-volume production, and rapid prototyping.

How does SLA work?
1. The build platform is positioned in a tank of liquid photopolymer.
2. A UV laser selectively cures and solidifies the photopolymer resin to create each layer.
3. After each layer is finished, the platform moves, and the surface is re-coated.
4. The process repeats until the part is complete.
5. Further post-processing under UV light can enhance mechanical and thermal properties.

- Tolerance, XY Plane: +/- 0.005" for the first inch, +/- 0.002" for every inch thereafter
- Tolerance, Z Plane: +/- 0.010" for the first inch, +/- 0.002" for every inch thereafter
- Layer height: 0.004"
- Minimum linear feature size: Under 0.030" (at risk), under 0.020" (will not build)
- Minimum radial feature size: 0.035"

Surface Treatment:
- Standard Spraying painting: Any color if RAL or Pantone Number is provided
- Chrome plating: Gold/Silver Silk Screen
