Understanding the Roots vacuum pump working principle is key to maximizing its efficiency. The ZJ series utilizes a pair of "8"-shaped rotors (skins) that rotate synchronously in opposite directions within the pump casing at constant speed. This rotation creates suction and exhaust actions.

  • Contact-Free Rotation: The two rotors are supported by rolling bearings and synchronized by a pair of high-precision gears. Crucially, the relative position of the two rotors remains constant, maintaining a minute gap between rotor-to-rotor and rotor-to-casing. Because there is no friction in the working chamber, no lubrication is required, creating a clean vacuum environment.
  • Dynamic Balance & Sealing: The rotating components undergo meticulous dynamic balancing. We utilize precision helical gears to ensure smooth operation and low noise. The dynamic seal area features a reliable design with imported oil seals, strictly controlling the shaft seal runout to ≤0.02mm to prevent oil leakage.
