Kafuter K-9111 Repair Epoxy Putty/Epoxy Adhesive for Iron Casting is a two-part, gel formulation epoxy that is abrasion and corrosion resistant with good mechanical properties. It is specifically designed for use in nodular iron and grey iron castings. This repair epoxy putty provides excellent adhesion and can be used to repair air holes, sand holes, shrinkage, and cracking in iron castings.

应用：

Kafuter K-9111 Repair Epoxy Putty/Epoxy Adhesive is mainly used for filling air holes and sand holes, sealing cracks, and patching non-structural defects in iron castings. It is commonly used in construction, transportation, lighting, electronics, and outdoor applications.

Directions:

1. Surface Cleaning: Remove oil and grease from the surface, and abrasive and polish the area.
2. Mixing: Mix and forge the two parts of the epoxy putty in equal ratio. It will form a gel formulation at low temperature and can change into a soft gel when heated.
3. 涂层： Apply a thin layer of the epoxy putty to the surfaces and push it into the gap to fill it completely.
4. Curing: If the room temperature is below 10°C, allow the epoxy putty to cure at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Then, use a heat producer such as an infra-red lamp or electric stove to heat the epoxy putty at 80°C for 3-4 hours, maintaining a distance of 300-400mm between the parts. Small-area fittings can be heated in an oven below 80°C.
5. Post-Processing: After the epoxy putty has cured for some time, it can be processed by ordinary methods. Wait for 18 hours before using a machine for further processing.
