① 许用扭矩值是使用条件下计算的参考值。
②柔性齿条弯曲成圆弧时，若小齿轮齿数为20，则外齿和内齿的最小弯曲半径r=150mm。加之齿距误差和齿形误差增大，在平均中心距下已无法啮合。请调整后再使用。
③ 当对定位精度有要求时，不适合使用柔性齿条
④ 尺寸精度请参照成形品尺寸允许公差表，全长公差为±10mm。
