Please contact us the first time; the customer Complaint handling procedure will be boot at once. We will negotiate with the customer to find a reasonable way to resolve and compensate. Implementation of the scheme will come out within 48 hours.

A: The lead time depends on the quantity you ordered, but generally within 2~5 weeks upon receipt of advance payment.
