The Cast Iron DN100 4 inch PTFE Seal Wafer Type Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is a fluorine lined valve designed for reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics. It features a PTFE lined butterfly plate with a spherical sealing surface for easy operation and tight sealing performance. The valve is suitable for industries with temperatures up to 120℃ or 150℃ and a nominal pressure of up to 1.6Mpa. Its applications include water supply and drainage, sewage, food, heating, gas, shipbuilding, hydropower, metallurgy, energy system, and light textile.

The working principle of the valve is based on the rotation center of the butterfly plate, which is located on the center line of the valve body. The butterfly plate has a sealing surface made of tetrafluoroplastic. When closing, the outer sealing surface of the butterfly plate squeezes the Teflon valve pawl, causing elastic deformation of the valve seat. This forms an elastic force that ensures the sealing of the fluorine lined butterfly valve. The valve seat is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which provides elasticity and strength. Additionally, the butterfly plate is fully covered with polytetrafluoroethylene, giving it strong corrosion resistance.
