EWA25 Series Slewing Drive

The slewing drive usually consists of two parts: slewing support and slewing drive. Types of Slewing Drive

According to the variable speed drive, the slewing drive form can be divided into type slewing drive and the slewing drive type worm gear and worm, inheriting the gear transmission characteristics. Worm gear and worm drive are both slewing drives that can be adapted to high-speed and low-speed applications. Regarding bearing capacity, performance is superior to the tooth worm gear and type. When an envelope worm drive is used, its bearing capacity, deformation resistance, and transmission have further improved rigidity. But the worm slewing drive is less efficient than the tooth slewing drive.

The slewing drive can be divided into open type and closed type according to the open division of slewing drive sub-mechanism. Usually, the available type structure is mainly used to apply harsh environments and short maintenance and maintenance cycles. The open-type structure is more convenient for inspection, maintenance, and maintenance of machine parts and replacement.
