How to install RA series crossed roller bearing?

1. Thoroughly clean the bearing seat and other parts, and make sure there are no burrs;

2. Because it is a thin section bearing, it is prone to tilt when inserted. In order to prevent this phenomenon, please keep the level while tapping evenly with the plastic, and insert the bearing into the bearing seat or the shaft little by little until the sound confirms that it is entirely close to the reference surface;

3. Put the fixed flange into the crossed roller bearing, and shake the fixed flange to match the position of the bolt hole;

4. Insert the fixing bolt into the hole, and when turning the bolt by hand, confirm that the bolt is not challenging to screw in due to the deviation of the bolt hole;

5. The fixed locking is divided into 3~4 stages from incomplete locking to complete locking, and tightened repeatedly in the diagonal order. When tightening the divided inner ring or outer ring, slightly rotating the integrated ring or inner ring can correct the deviation of the inner ring or the outer ring from the main body.
